The following is a top-level immediate action plan that has been cultivated from the suggestions of 300 essay submissions from 37 countries. This is the combined cry from humanity, asking for immediate action to restore our planet and our people. This is our time for our great awakening, our voices and wishes must be heard, acknowledge and accepted as written on the hearts of humanity by our Divine Creator. The sacred global heritage assets accrued by generations of our ancestors are being called for to accommodate the immediate funding to facilitate and implement these steps of phase one, straightaway. Here we have provided with love and our highest level of intentions the most critical points to help assist those in charge of these funds.
The reason why these points must be put into action first:-
- Concerning the technologies; start with those that are public, why, because so many, once they see and hear this has been done, will feel safe enough and encouraged by funding to step up with all that they had to hide so far, for all the reasons that the system threw at them. Those genius minds that have been hiding in fear, waiting for this day to come, will know that the time is now and will know that they will be compensated. They will have a place to go and the support to start the new paradigm as one people. Many will drop their current jobs that they took in order to survive and will join. Those brilliant minds in schools and universities, those brilliant minds that have no jobs because they refused to conform to the system, will step forward and will not have to just survive they will be able to Thrive. This is how you open the gates to the surge of this part of our new paradigm. Straight away.
- Mass production will follow in all the places that were used to harm, will be used now, including military , naval, and air force bases and other black op company bases to serve and heal. It is all in place the people who step forward and many more will want to join straight away.
- Taking down of Internet gateways is a must before anything else can be corrected on the net. Why because the gateways stop all valid information. No gate, no censoring. Thismust happen first. The rest will follow organically as the people get the info and the calls to step up once they have the truth.
- All disinformation must be taken down first in order to keep the people of this planet from getting confused and lost on the Internet when seeking truth and how they can help. This disinformation works on the psychological fears and spiritual psyche of each human; it must go before we start with the truth.
- Global worldwide announcements with this Phase One of the plan must be given in tandem in all countries in every way available, and all languages, we are one. The people when they see and hear what is happening will indeed help and ensure that phase One will be implemented. They will be given courage and strength and most importantly Hope and a way that each of them can help. Think 100th monkey effect…
- All those in need of assistance, need to be cared for and brought out of survival so that they all indeed in the future can help with the next phases. This is a global project, every soul counts and has a right to help, should they so choose.
- Stop poisoning the body and mind first, so that the body and mind can heal and function in a capacity to serve in the next phases, which ever form they choose.
- With the food it is the same reason as above, plus it will start through the steps given in how to, a spirit of community and oneness. This will give the people again health, strength, courage and HOPE. This must be done before any other changes in the food supply are done.
- The basics rights of every human, is to be able to survive without cost. If every human is working to pay bills just to have water, electricity, and heat for them and their families to survive… then how can we ask them to serve on a greater level and the next phases?
- Taxes in the forms mentioned are acts and crimes against humanity for a corrupt system. There is no need for these aforementioned taxes at all. Forgive these debts and you will see the change in humanity in an instant. Without such a move, you will still have no trust and belief from the people in their individual countries, as they are hurting bad. This will give them Hope and also funds to feed their families and animals properly and contemplate how they may now serve, in a greater capacity.
- Forgiving global debt of each country is the only way to set every country and their souls free. A new system cannot be implemented when still burdened by the old, it is that simple.
When you have a cancer you cut it out to heal, the debt is cancer to our world.
- When there is no debt, all countries are equal; ergo each piece of paper that was used by said countries as legal currency is equal. One to One, no more playing this old paradigm game. No-thing can change unless the system upon which it is built is neutralised. This must be done before any other steps are taken.
- Stop killing the people with deadly drugs so that they may be coherent and serve in the next phases. Everyone has a right to be healthy and hence contemplate the choice of their service to our planet. This includes vaccinations.
- The young of our planet live in fear of failure, if you are not tested, you cannot fail. Cease this old paradigm of tests and exams for the young and the rest will follow in phase two. Get these youngsters (our future) in a place of wanting to learn. Not having to learn, just to pass a test. The beginning correction is simple and easy to do….just stop. Immediately there is no more fear, anxiety, drama, depression. The young will change and start to become receptive, without the mind, the body and subsequent actions cannot follow.
- If all the troops are home, who is going to fight a war?
- By shutting down all nuclear and other harmful companies and establishments to our people and world, the change will be immediate. China did this for the Olympics in 2008 and there was a marked difference straight away. The start of a new world is herewith begun. The people will see with these actions that the change will not affect their finances and in fact it will encourage them to be part of the change and to thrive in a new healthy environment. We cannot do any other steps in this area until this is done.
- By ceasing to kill animals and livestock, we are immediately affecting an old mind-set of war, death and destruction. Plus saving those souls who chose such forms for this cycle. No human wants to kill, take them out of this paradigm give them another way and they will follow and also become less aggressive and open to change on all levels. All are served on every level. This is the only way to begin this part; anything else would be cutting corners.
- We start with these points as they all must be accomplished in order to bring in the next phases of change for the people by the people and our beloved planet. There is no cutting of corners and this is a global process which if instigated now with these points correctly, WILL create the base of a new paradigm moving forward. - Technology Companies with known working and proven devices on a global scale:
KESHE Foundation, WITTS technologies. Put out the call on Worldwide Media, Internet and Tell a vision, Newspapers, Public Service Announcements to those who want to join. Let them know it is safe. The two above listed companies are publicly known, this is where we start.
- Mass production and training will begin as the people trust themselves to step forward to join and help. The funds will be issued to those who will be involved in this global project beginning with the two publicly known companies. As the people of our planet know it is safe to come out with their knowledge they will be brought in and paid for their efforts to cover any costs necessary to save our world and her people.
- All gateways created by each country to hide information from their people over the internet, switch off. Locate the major Internet companies in charge as Gate Keepers,
(Google, AOL, Microsoft, Amazon, Bertlesmann, et al) and release those hired as Gate Keepers from their contracts without prejudice and pay them for their services. Same individuals if they so choose and those stepping forward to help with this knowledge will then receive compensation to manage the flow of information, for all humankind to know.
- Take down all Cabal and Disinformation from the Internet; Change the Tell A Vision toTell The Truth. Those in charge of such things will be paid for their service and released without prejudice from their contracts. Make it known worldwide that all who wish to participate in this global clean-up project in each respective country will be called to step forward and begin the process, those who knew the process will be given the option to serve humanity and advise as well as serve humanity in this process should they so choose. All involved will be compensated accordingly.
- Worldwide Global announcements to be brought in tandem to the world of the first phase of this plan. Every service worldwide that has access to the public will announce the First Phase of this Global plan, so that all may join. We are One People, One World, everyone has a voice.
- Cease and Change all Disinformation to Information. All newspapers, radio stations, Tell A Vision programs, Internet, that promote disinformation knowingly (Murdoch et al) and unknowingly will be given the truth about our origins, what has happened and how we can change this. The services of those stepping forward to change and implement will be compensated accordingly.
- All “beings” in need of assistance including animals to receive shelter, food and clean water. The severe locations worldwide have been noted. All groups known to provide such a service will be supplied with the necessary materials and technology to change this situation. All groups that are aware of such situations which have been supressed will be called to step forward and advise in order to facilitate. This includes animals as well as people, Worldwide. These individuals and groups will be compensated for their service to our worldwide effort as well as given all supplies & knowledge (if needed) necessary to complete this task. This includes travel, accommodation, equipment, and so on.
- All water companies worldwide to cease and desist using any chemicals with the sole purpose of poisoning the people and their ability to be healthy in body, mind and spirit. Main known chemical of this nature, Fluorides. Locate every water company world-wide, release them from their contract of adding such things into the system. Pay them for their service and give them the opportunity to change immediately, the treatment of the water. Every company has a true report of what is in the water, those in charge of this part of the process, know what is necessary to keep the water clean and safe, anything other than that, must be removed straight away.
- All companies providing food that is from the seed and ground up treated in any form by Monsanto and other chemical or genetic manipulation, cease, desist, and destroy the products with immediate effect. Monsanto et al, and all involved companies and branches, to be shut down and reorganized to serve humanity, all employees to be compensated for their efforts, and asked to use their skills in helping build a new paradigm of natural healthy food in the same work place. All chemical companies that provide these toxic weed killers and growth manipulation products will be asked and paid to cease and destroy what they have. They will be given new forms of liquids to produce that will help heal. All food chains worldwide will be given the same orders in what they are selling in the markets and restaurants. Compensation will be given to all that has been destroyed. Should the product or meal not be available due to its toxicity to humanity the following will be implemented for 30 days to the public; Wal-Mart / Safeway / McDonalds / Coca-Cola / Starbucks / KFC et al. Each customer that orders a product that is not available will be given a healthy alternative, (provided by the people for the people, natural or organic grown in their region, those stepping forward for this service will be compensated and asked to join the new paradigm of feeding our world, farmers and those wishing to farm) advised of the truth behind the reason for this action and given funds in the amount of the cost of said product they asked for to use as an incentive to acquire a healthy alternative. A call will be put out worldwide for those willing to help and they will be compensated accordingly.
- Cease and desist the charge of all electricity, heat, water worldwide. These are basic human rights and our progress for such was halted and taken away from humanity on a global scale. Every company providing such services will be compensated for their “true” loss. Every employee will be paid as before and given the choice to continue in their jobs and the reorganisation of an Archaic system to Quantum Energy provisions for this planet. Those employees choosing another way to serve or rest, will be given 3 months compensation to then decide what projects they wish to help with and be compensated for, as phase Two is announced to the world.
- Cease and Forgive Taxation and said debts on all income, land, wealth and belongings worldwide. Every Government to rescind and forgive all past still owed and future taxation with immediate effect. Those in charge to now instead of calculating charges will be paid to send out and forgive every single debt and notify there will be no more. Phase Two will see said employees still involved and compensated. This plan is free will, should they choose to rest they will receive 3 months compensation to decide which part of phase Two if any they wish to serve.
- Every single country on planet Earth will be forgiven of its debts. This is a very simple process; change the numbers on the paper. Send out notification that all is forgiven. Phase two will see the implementation of no borders anywhere on this planet. Who was given the right to separate and put lines on our planet where a soul may or may not pass? This is against universal law.
- Every single soul that has debt, mortgage and otherwise will be forgiven with immediate effect. This process is also simple, send out the forgiven letter and then should any of the companies prove that they have given funds that belonged to them on a personal and new paradigm of “justice” level will be reviewed and compensated accordingly.
- Close down all stock exchanges and trading floors and programs. No more “interest” earned on a piece of paper or false market value, or earned on any funds being held by any entity / Company providing said service. The shutdown is simple, just do not open for trade. Advise the steps for refund to the people of this planet, on said say. Those involved on the floors and companies of trading, will be asked to see the money given by the people and they will receive the exact amount back that they invested, without interest, only the exact amount they paid into the old Archaic system. Those who managed the money will be in charge of the paperwork and sums due, to now manage the returning of it and compensated for their efforts.
- Reset all currencies to 1-1, all are equal, all countries are equal, we are one world. This process is simple; change the numbers on the value given for each currency one to one. Those who believed in such things and countries abused by the old paradigm will also have to accept the 1-1 exchange. Every country, every money serviced company will be held by world justice to comply and provide a 1-1 exchange. The funds are already there for this. The paradigm of paper money and the change to physical metals and earth minerals and other supplies will start to be implemented in phase Two.
- All pharmaceutical companies to cease and desist using and producing known harmful and dangerous chemicals to kill those that believe they are being helped. They are to provide to the people in pill and powder form (until such a time all are completely healed by our future NOW technologies which are available NOW) the natural and known antidotes. The companies are to cease with immediate effect the production of such chemicals. There are many who have already the natural known cures and they will be called upon to give these compounds and formulas to the companies to put into mass production for all those still in need until all are healed, by Future Now technologies available. Every employee will be advised of the change and asked to continue with what they do but in a new format of healing instead of destroying. Those who wish to leave will receive 3 months compensation to rest and review where they can serve with Phase Two. This is for every soul be they in human or animal or plant form. There will be no more charges to heal disease created by the old system, all medicine will be freely given until such a time all are healed. Those who need compensating for this service to the people will be compensated. It is the system that made them sick. All components necessary for this will be compensated accordingly.
- All vaccinations meant to kill, sterilize and harm humanity and Gaia’s creatures shall cease and desist with immediate effect. Stop injecting, it is that simple. Those people asked and employed to create and inject will now be asked to destroy all such vials, immediately worldwide. They will be given alternatives and compensated for their efforts. There are natural cures and most disease in our world has been planted and fed to humanity and Gaia’s creatures by those who wished for us to suffer, get sick, buy Meds and eventually die. There are teams and individuals in place who are now asked to step forward, educate and provide solutions, if indeed any are proven to be necessary for such a thing as a vaccine…..
- Cease and desist with immediate effect all exams, and tests of any form in every education system worldwide, from kindergarten through to Universities. This archaic training of the mind is damaging and the cause of more young people suicides, depression, and anxiety than any other form for this age group on planet earth. Simple do not give out, ask or demand any soul to do this. Those that do not comply will be compensated and thanked for their service accordingly and removed from the new paradigm of learning. This is the first step before Phase Two can begin with the new paradigm.
- All souls being held in prison for their efforts to free their people and our planet are to be released and are called in to help on this global effort. These beings are known and will be released and asked to serve this global effort. They will receive the necessary healing physical and mental, and will be given a choice to rest and or serve, for they have already done so much and paid for their efforts through, pain, propaganda, slander, torture and the deaths of their friends and family members.
- NO MORE WAR, of any kind, all are ordered to stand down, immediately. By consensus of the people for the people worldwide. The people have spoken.
- All Army, Navy, Air-force, Special Forces, Black Op et al, and all those companies serving them are ordered if not already home, to return home, to their countries and families. Those that are “capable to serve” and have been away will be given a brief rest and then asked to join their comrades already in their countries (should they so choose) in implementing Phase Two of rebuilding a planet of peace. Every country is ordered by the people for the people, to bring all their troops home, if funds are needed for this they will be provided for. Those that still choose to serve in the capacity of serving their country, will be employed to serve the people in helping the regeneration of our planet, and all those living on this planet. All those that wish to leave this capacity will be compensated for 3 months to rest and review how they may serve in Phase Two, should they wish too.
Phase two will also begin the healing on all levels of those who served in any capacity at any time for the archaic system of war. They are greatly honoured and will be helped, medically, financially, spiritually. First we must bring them home….
Planet
- Shut down all failing nuclear reactors as well as those deemed unstable with immediate effect. All other reactors will be shut down as soon as replacement energy source (already available) has been implemented. Turn off the ones failing NOW. There are companies that have the technology used already by the military of our world to replace all energy straightaway. These companies are ordered NOW to supply those running the nuclear plants to implement what has been used in massive underground bases, bunkers, on the Moon and Mars to humanity so that all have power and heat. This all exists…and we the people are calling forth those that have served in this capacity with their minds and skills to step forward. The funds are there…They will be compensated and honoured and all threats to them and their families plus all contracts forced upon them will be removed and forgiven. All handlers stopping them will be removed.
All peoples and animals in the affected nuclear radiation areas will be moved to safe zones, healed, treated and provided for in a humane and comfortable fashion. Funds are in place for this endeavour, this is a GLOBAL EFFORT called by the people for the people.
- All oil rigs and companies worldwide operating are to be shut down. Those working on such rigs and companies will be freed from their contracts and compensated accordingly for 3 months to rest and decide what part of phase two they wish to serve, if any. Those willing to stay will be in charge of implementing new devices and technologies to clear and heal the damage done by this process of sucking Gaia’s blood and main source of her balancing of all things. Everything our planet has is in perfect balance and has an effect on all things. Gaia was created in perfection beyond any current human imagination. Her blood is the oil. There is enough oil in barrels to serve all that need it, in the time frame, between old archaic ways to the new paradigm. Those not willing to comply with shut downs will be shut down by the people and arrested and tried for “known” crimes against humanity and our planet. This is their chance to change. There are already mass technologies in place to start healing the damage and this will be implemented. See rest of points and Phase Two will expand this plan. First we must stop and then we can begin…. All those working for said companies will be compensated and given new directives which they may choose to accept or reject of their own free will. No one will be unemployed or left wanting of funds in this change over from Archaic to Future Now. Every soul counts, we are One.
- Shut down all HAARP machines known and unknown NOW. This is simple push the OFF button. HAARP is frequency and the same frequency used to destroy on a worldwide basis can and will be implemented with immediate effect to heal. The frequencies used to harm can also be reversed on a worldwide scale to heal. Everything you see, touch, feel, taste, is frequency. There are those who know the healing frequencies for the clearing and cleaning of air, sea, and land. These beings know which exact frequencies these are and will be asked to step up and use the technology already present to do so with immediate effect. Those working at all HAARP places will be released from their former contracts and will be asked to help run the new frequencies on these machines. They may choose to accept or reject of their own free will and will be thanked and compensated for their service either way, with a 3 month package to rest and decide how they wish to serve in Phase two, or by remaining and being part of this phase straight away. The main focus in phase One will be the zones worldwide where Gaia and her peoples are in most need. Those not already known to us with the healing frequencies are asked by Gaia and her people to step forward NOW. You will be honoured and compensated accordingly.
- Clean up all nuclear waste; land, air and sea, plus the people and animals of this planet affected. The machines mentioned above plus other technologies and organic matters that “eat” up such waste will be employed and used with immediate effect, to begin this process.
All companies and peoples knowing such things as well as ALL the companies that supplied the Military with such organic modules as well as those that supplied such technologies are being called by the people for the people to step up NOW. A list has been compiled and growing. All that do will be released from their previous contracts (which are null and void as this writ goes global to the people), and will be issued new paradigms of service for this planet and compensated accordingly.
- Shut down all machines affecting the planet and her people; negative mind control, sonars, frequencies that are killing and negatively affecting our planets creatures in air, land and sea as well as our mental health and earthquakes. Simple; Push the OFF button…, ask those who were in service to help reverse this process or rest. They will be thanked and compensated accordingly. Either 3 months of rest to see how they may or may not serve in Phase two or those that choose to stay will be instructed on how they may serve and reverse now the damage done with the knowledge they will be given. There is a list of those who can do this and all peoples who know and can help in this area, are being called by their planet and her people for this phase, to step forward NOW. They will be compensated accordingly.
- Cease and desist all spraying of chemicals in the air, land, and sea, with immediate effect. All companies and personnel held under contract are freed from said contract and will be compensated in the exact amount the contract was for. Those employed will remain employed should they so choose and will be a part of the effort of reversing the process with the organic antidotes.
- Locate and destroy immediately all biological warfare weapons, viral, chemical and otherwise. Those held under contract will be freed and asked to use their expertise for the good of our planet and humanity. They will have a choice where they will receive thanks for their service and 3 months compensation to rest and review how they may be of service in phase two, or they may choose to stay on for the same compensation as before and help destroy, neutralise and then created healing plasmas and technology for our world in said laboratories.
- Every single weapon of mass destruction is to be neutralised with immediate effect. Those that are under contract will be freed of said contract and reimbursed. Those employed by said contract holders will be asked to either rest or begin neutralisation of said weapons with immediate effect. Technologies are already available to do this and will be utilised, the people involved are being given a choice if they wish to serve and reverse what they have done. They are free to do so, or leave with thanks and compensation either way.
- With immediate effect shut down all factories and their respective sites where the production itself or their products are harming the environment and the people working there. Air pollutants, toxic waste, land pollution. For example plastic bags, and non-biodegradable materials. All companies and factories are listed and known. Those running them know themselves and if not they will be notified and given a chance with immediate effect to close with no loss on income, for they will be reimbursed for their projected losses. The people working for these companies in every single case, will be given a 3 month compensation and provided for with medical care. The areas will be cleaned up and those employed by said companies wanting to help will be given new directives of how to implement systems that are benevolent to our planet and her people. Technologies and organisms will be used to clean the areas and sites as well as the people effected and those in every country willing to participate will be compensated and honoured for this grand task of phase One. Every soul counts no matter how old or young, we are One.
- Cease and desist with immediate effect the cutting of all forests, natural and farmed trees.
Those companies in the Amazon as well as others around our world (Weyerhaeuser et al) are to halt all cutting. This is a direct order from the people for our planet. All those contracts already in place will be reimbursed; all those employees affected will be asked to either help in the process to replant or given a rest and 3 months compensation to decide how they may be able to serve in Phase two. There are enough trees already cut and being processed to provide our world, in the time frame set up, for such archaic ways of supply in construction and otherwise to be replaced. (Phase two)
Those souls being called to serve our earth worldwide with this replant and healing phase are asked to step forward NOW, you will be compensated.
- Shut Down with immediate effect every single slaughterhouse and transport for such purposes. All employees will be compensated for three months and asked either to rest or care for the animals in a humane and acceptable way with compensation. The cost of feed and care as well as all other aspects for this to be done will be provided until such a time that these animals are placed in sanctuaries existing for each type and are being created.(Phase Two). All those souls involved in transporting such animals will be given the choice to rest and receive 3 month compensation to see how they may serve, or not, in Phase Two. If they choose to be a part of the healing now then they will be asked to help transport in a humane environment and way (together with help from those teams stepping up for this precise part of the phase one) to bring the animals to said sanctuaries. They will be compensated for their part and greatly honoured. Those teams for guarding and protecting the animals are being called forth to step up NOW. You will be compensated.
- Shut down with immediate effect all commercial farms breeding fish or any form of livestock for human consumption. All these farms and their employees will be compensated for their projected and calculated losses due to the halting of culling for this harvest. These farms and companies will then be asked and compensated accordingly for the following; Cease all fish farming, and culling of all sea creatures, dolphins, sharks, octopus, whales, squid, salmon, et al. All those involved in Fish, Poultry and livestock farming will be compensated for every creature they currently hold and will then be given the choice and compensation thereof to correctly feed and care for the animals, to provide sanctuary, until such a time that the sanctuaries near them have been created (Phase Two). Should the current conditions of holding these creatures, be deemed inhumane, these creatures will be removed to another place of keeping that is acceptable to the new paradigm of humanity and our world. Teams will be sent to each place to ascertain the correct freedom and feeding of each soul that chose to come as an animal, bird or fish, in this life cycle. Every single sanctuary worldwide will be given immediate funds to continue their great work without delay. Every single organisation that works to freeing and guarding exotic animals worldwide will receive funds to continue this, straight away. No more elephants and their tusks AFRICA, no more shark fin ASIA, no more bears in cages CHINA. The people have spoken and those in charge of stopping this will have all the funds and manpower necessary worldwide to free these souls from the torture humanity has inflicted through false belief systems created. There is an antidote for every sickness on this planet, and it is with quantum energy and plants.
